Internship assignment: Develop an online plant monitor showing most relevant KPI’s based
on measured, calculated and additional data in a Biomass Plant.
Your tasks:
▪ Familiarize yourself with all components of a Biomass Plant;
▪ Optimize the interface to make measured data available for calculation and analysis (live data, trended
data, saved data, etc.);
▪ Implement the first version of an online Plant Monitor showing calculated KPI’s, limits and actual data in trends;
▪ Optimize this first version with input from future users;
▪ Advise implementation plan for a fully functional Plant Monitor.

▪ BSc / MSc in Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Sustainable Energy;
▪ Interested in sustainable energy technology;
▪ Plan-minded and independent worker.
