As an Operational Management Intern at Emmett Green, you will be at the heart of implementing sustainable energy projects. You will support our operational teams in real-time coordination of projects that are in the execution phase (“ready to build”), including the construction of energy hubs, battery storage systems, and other innovative sustainable energy solutions.
You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution, timely delivery, and well-informed stakeholders. Your contribution will directly support the successful realization of our energy transition projects.
What are your responsibilities?
· Supporting the operational management in daily coordination of ongoing projects.
· Monitoring progress, milestones, and timelines in real-time.
· Preparing progress reports and internal updates for project teams.
· Coordinating actions among internal departments (development, engineering, finance) and external parties (contractors, suppliers, grid operators).
· Identifying bottlenecks and proactively proposing solutions.
· Contributing ideas for process improvements and project execution optimization.
Who are we looking for?
· Enrolled in a university program, preferably in (Renewable) Energy Science, Engineering, Environmental Studies, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a related field.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
· Fluent in Dutch and English.
· Able to work independently and as part of a team.
· Enthusiastic about contributing to the development of sustainable energy projects.
· Proactive attitude and results-driven mindset.

Your compensation of the internship will be €500,- gross per month.
