We solved all the exciting cases at the climate workshop this week!
A big shout out to Talent voor Transitie and Studium Generale TU Delftfor putting the workshop together.
After a fulfilling pizza and drinks, we began with 4 cases and 4 teams. The cases focused on how to overcome societal challenges that employees face in working towards the energy transition.
From activating small and medium enterprises to install solar panels to devising a 10-year plan for the ministry of economic affairs to subsidize or fund the transition, teams presented their strategies to strategy owners from TvT.
