The First Year’s Introduction day is coming!

We (Delft SEA together with the mentors) announce the first event of the year! The Introduction Day is filled with loads of activities – games, a nice barbecue and then an evening at the centre 😎

So save the date for the 14th of September! The event will start at 11 AM, and continue into the evening. Snacks will be provided in the morning, so you’re all charged up and ready for the day 👌 After some fun game time, we will move to the Sports Centre X for a barbecue (vegetarian options available)☀ There you’ll also get to meet some of the second year SETies!

After the barbecue we will head to the center for drinks! 🍻💃

End of year BBQ!

In order to celebrate the end of this academic year and the end of the exams, we are having a BBQ event for all SET students to eat, drink, and just chill out 🍔

When: July 4th, 16:00. This is after the last resit of the year!

Study Tour Delft SEA – July 2019

The Delft S.E.A. Study Tour is a trip with 25 students from all disciplines and will cover a wide range of topics in the sustainable energy field. The students will have the opportunity to meet 5 interesting and progressive companies/institutions throughout the week. Next to that, there is time to do some sightseeing, drink beers and have a wonderful week on this trip together with your fellow students!!

• Destination: Germany and Austria
• Time frame: Sunday, 7 July 10:00 – Friday, 12 July 19:00 (exact times are subject to change)
• Estimated max. budget: €250- €300
• Selection: First come first serve

WHAT IS INCLUDED?
• Transportation and accommodation all week long
• Visiting the 5 companies/institutions underneath
• 3 days Lunch (subject to change)
• Afternoon walking tour through beautiful cities with extra’s

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED?
• Dinners and 2 Lunch (subject to change)
• Own expenses like souvenirs, extra food, beer etc.

After confirmation, we will inform you about the next steps (including payment instructions)

Already be aware of the first deposit (after confirmation) of €100 before 15th May 23:59!!

Smart Cities Symposium

Thank you for everyone who attended the Smart Cities Symposium a few weeks ago. We had a fantastic time hearing interesting lectures, working on a fun case study, and networking with other people interested in making our cities more sustainable!
